San Francisco is the busiest piece of our service area outside Brisbane. We focus on the southeast quadrant of the city — the Bayview, Visitacion Valley, Excelsior, Portola, and the SOMA / Mission corridors — partly because that's where Brisbane sits relative to the city, and partly because that's where a lot of the commercial and residential work we're best at lives.
Commercially we do regular work in SOMA office buildings, Mission Street businesses, and warehouse and light-industrial spaces in Bayview and along Third Street. Residentially we do a lot of rekeys, deadbolt upgrades, and smart-lock installs in Visitacion Valley, the Excelsior, Bernal Heights, and Portola. We don't usually work north of Market — we'll be honest if it's not the best fit and refer you to someone closer.
